Fall 2025 is coming together—we're crafting our class schedule now!
Wellness + Somatics
The Soft Class
A 60-minute restorative movement experience designed to calm your nervous system, release fascia, and reconnect you to your body’s innate wisdom. Using gentle breathwork, mindful micro-movements, foam rollers, and therapy balls, this class invites deep restoration and inner spaciousness. Each session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to your center.
Ideal for all levels—whether you're recovering, recalibrating, or simply seeking a more easeful relationship with your body.
SOMA Form
A 60-minute, alignment-based movement class designed to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness through clear technique and intentional pacing. Rooted in principles of functional movement and somatic connection, this class supports injury prevention, postural integration, and deep mind-body connection.
SOMA Form is ideal for anyone looking to move with greater precision, stability, and ease—whether you're a dancer, creative, caregiver, or simply seeking a grounded, sustainable approach to movement.
SOMA Sculpt
An alignment-based strength class that blends focused movement with resistance training for a full-body burn. Using light weights, resistance bands, and props, SOMA Sculpt builds strength, stability, and endurance—while keeping technique and form front and center. Expect a higher-intensity experience that gets your heart rate up, tones your muscles, and leaves you feeling strong, centered, and energized.
Perfect for those who want a form-driven approach to sculpting and conditioning—with just the right amount of sweat.
Dance + Movement
Balletish
A 75-minute class that blends classical ballet technique with a contemporary, expressive twist. Each session begins with a floor-barre warm-up to awaken alignment and activate deep muscles, followed by barre basics to build strength, coordination, and grace. We finish with center floor work—focusing on phrasing, artistry, and moving through space with flow and intention.
Rooted in alignment and musicality, Balletish offers structure without rigidity, inviting dancers to explore precision and freedom side by side.
Open to teens and adults with some movement experience. Ballet slippers are welcome but not required—socks or barefoot are fine.
SOMA Groove
A soulful, beat-based dance class designed to reconnect you with joy, rhythm, and freedom in your body. This class blends easy-to-follow combos, guided improvisation, and embodied movement to help you sweat, smile, and let go. SOMA Groove is about feeling—not performing. Come as you are and move how you feel. All levels welcome.
