SOMA Form is a 60-minute class designed to help you reconnect with your body and refresh your mind. Through breath work, centering exercises, mat sequences, standing postures, mobility training, and gentle patterning, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace. The class can generate a light sweat, leaving you feeling stronger, more grounded, and energized.
